COLOMBIAN SPECIALTY COFFEE: LIFE BEHIND EVERY CUP
OUR COLOMBIAN SPECIALTY COFFEE PROFILE
Our Colombian specialty coffee profile begins at our family farm in Filandia, Quindío, where altitude, climate and generations of coffee-growing experience shape the character of every harvest.
At 1,690 meters above sea level, we grow Cenicafé 1 and carefully manage each stage of production. The coffee is selectively harvested, washed and dried to preserve its natural characteristics. The result is a specialty coffee with notes of citrus, red plum, white chocolate, red fruits and lemon peel.
Quality is evaluated throughout the process. Our coffee has consistently achieved scores above 85 points under SCA evaluation standards, reflecting our commitment to producing traceable Colombian specialty coffee with a distinctive origin.
Behind this Colombian specialty coffee profile is the daily work of our family and the people involved in every harvest. From the coffee trees in Filandia to processing and preparation, each stage contributes to the final cup.
