DUQCAFÉ is a Colombian specialty coffee brand born in Filandia, Quindío.

We are coffee producers and bring our coffee directly from the farm to your cup while preserving our family's coffee-growing tradition.

DUQCAFÉ began as a family dream. It all started with our grandfather, a man of the countryside who dedicated his life to coffee.

Together with his wife and their seven children, he worked tirelessly among the coffee fields, leaving a legacy of effort, honesty and love for the land.

Inspired by his story, we decided to continue his journey and create a brand that honors his memory. Our logo is a tribute to him, proudly observing the coffee crops he cared for over so many years.

Today, a new generation continues that legacy by bringing the coffee of Filandia, Quindío, to homes in Colombia and abroad.

We are specialty coffee producers and participate in every stage of the process: cultivation, processing, drying, roasting and commercialization.

This allows us to offer fresh, traceable and high-quality coffee.

Every cup represents the work of a Colombian coffee-growing family.

Our coffee is made from carefully selected Arabica beans of the Cenicafé 1 variety and has achieved an SCA score of 85 points.

Our coffee is grown at Don Bernardo Farm, located in Filandia, Quindío, Colombia, at an altitude of 1,690 meters above sea level.

We grow Arabica coffee of the Cenicafé 1 variety.

Our coffee undergoes a washed process and is then naturally dried in a covered raised drying area known locally as a marquesina.

This process helps preserve its distinctive sensory characteristics.

It means that all the coffee beans come from the same farm and can be traced from cultivation to the final consumer.

Specialty coffee is coffee that scores more than 80 points according to the Specialty Coffee Association evaluation system.

Our coffee has consistently achieved scores above 85 points.

The recommended water temperature is between 90°C and 96°C.

We recommend a ratio between 1:15 and 1:17.

This means using one gram of coffee for every 15 to 17 ml of water.
